Fit Sid, a fitness brand based in the UK, is targeting its followers with a fitness porn series that will feature female models performing exercises that range from yoga and Pilates to power cleans and burpees.

The fitness series will focus on a woman called Lizzie, who is part of a popular fitness blog.
In the series, she works out on her own in a hotel gym with a trainer and a group of female friends.
On each day, she will do three sets of five to 10 reps of a certain exercise, then get on a treadmill to get her body warmed up and get ready for the next day’s workout.
Lizzie is a big fan of fitness videos and she has had her own fitness videos for years.
She recently launched Fit Sid in a bid to appeal to women who might not normally go to gym classes, but might be attracted to the videos.
For example, a workout video for the women in the video above has more than 50,000 views and more than 7,000 likes on Facebook.
Fitness videos can be a lucrative source of income for fitness brands.
According to the Sports Industry Association, there are more than 4.5 million paid ads for fitness equipment in the US alone.
Fit Sid’s videos can attract a huge audience, but the company is not taking anything for granted.
O’Neill said the videos would have a positive effect on the fitness industry.
‘It’s not just for women’The first video in the series was released on the 28th of September, and it has attracted more than a million views.
After its release, Lizzies Instagram account went viral with more than 5,000 followers and was featured in the Huffington Post, the Independent, and The Sun.
While it’s not a video for women to watch, it’s definitely a great way to introduce women to fitness.
I think we have a big future for fitness, O’Neil said.
Women’s fitness is something that women need to get involved in.
There are a lot of different things that we can do to improve our health and we should be involved in it.
“We’re not saying it’s for women only, we’re saying we’re supporting women.
You don’t need to do a lot for us, we can be our own advocates and we can take care of ourselves,” he said.”
